Unit 3 - Four things an organisation needs to do to engage employees


Four things an organisation needs to do to engage employees:

·         Develop Strategic Vision – What the organisation aims at doing.

·         Managers are trained to engage staff.

·         Listen to employee voices at every level

·         Walk the talk – Whatever the organisation says it should be done is reflected on the day to day life of people in the organisation.
